Compliance Week reinforces culture of ethics and transparency

Between September 8 and 11, EDF power solutions in Brazil held Compliance Week, an initiative aimed at further strengthening the culture of ethics, integrity, and transparency within the company.

Members of our Compliance team conducted training sessions with all company departments, addressing essential topics for corporate daily operations, such as conflicts of interest, partner diligence, interactions with public agents, gifts, and hospitality. This created a space to clarify doubts, share knowledge, and reinforce best practices that guide the company’s decisions.

In addition to the training sessions during Compliance Week, the company promotes the Protection Pass, an online initiative aimed at disseminating essential knowledge for safe, ethical, and responsible operations, covering fundamental topics in Health and Safety, Ethics & Compliance, and Cybersecurity in situations that can easily occur in the workplace.

“Compliance Week was a great success! It was very positive to see everyone’s engagement in essential topics for our integrity culture […],” shares Cristina Leite, Compliance Manager of EDF power solutions in Brazil.

The initiative represents another step by EDF power solutions in building an increasingly ethical, integral, and transparent work environment!
